Toronto Arts Foundation is proud to announce Agneya, an Indo-Canadian percussionist and composer, as the recipient of the 2026 Breakthrough Jazz Artist Award, presented at 6:15 p.m. at OLG Village, 115 Cumberland St., as part of the Toronto Jazz Festival.
